Common Reference Framework (CRF) and is one of the main products developed by the ENYE. It aims to assist policy makers in refining current policies, as well as plan for new, in the framework of EU’s next programming period. Therefore, it is addressed to policy makers and it attempts to support decision making, by providing key success factors and recommendations in each thematic field and by presenting an integrated approach of the theme in discussion. Furthermore, it promotes an integrated approach of the three thematic fields, in order to benefit from coordinated efforts.
